Are you monitoring whether sex offenders are living near foster homes in your state?
Maybe the Texas Comptroller, Carole Keeton Strayhorn, can lead this project and start similar reviews in every other state? Or maybe the Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott?
Ensure the Health and Safety of All Foster Children - no mention of regular monitoring of sex offenders living near foster homes in Texas.
